What the engagement covers
We work with programme and finance teams designing a new project or reviewing one already under way. Typical triggers include a grant application, a new implementing partner, underspend or overspend, and delays that put milestones or reporting commitments at risk.
How we can help
The engagement can cover planning, a focused review of delivery arrangements or support with a revised work plan.
- Test the budget and cash flow. Check that costs, staffing and procurement assumptions reflect the activities, funding schedule and delivery timetable.
- Define how delivery will be managed. Map milestones, approvals, responsibilities and the records needed to monitor spending and progress.
- Address delivery risks. Assess where decisions or dependencies could delay delivery, and agree the actions programme and finance teams need to take.
