Policies and website information

Find our privacy and platform notices, and guidance on using this website, making enquiries and applying to work with us.

Privacy and personal data

Read our Client Privacy Policy for information about personal data. When you make an enquiry, use your contact details and a description of the support you need. Use the Contact page to ask about how your information is handled or to make a privacy request.

Kenya’s Data Protection Act sets out rights including access to personal data, objection to processing, and correction or deletion of false or misleading data. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner explains how those rights can be exercised.

Using this website

Our articles and service pages provide general information. An engagement scope, deliverables and responsibilities are agreed separately for each client. For a decision that depends on your specific facts, contact our team to discuss the work you need.

For access to our client and staff platform, refer to the MSM IRIS Terms of Use. Keep account credentials private and use the portal links supplied by the firm.

Cookies and embedded services

Cookies and similar browser features may support website functions such as sign-in and form security. The Contact page includes Google Maps and a reCAPTCHA check. Those services are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s privacy policy. Your browser settings let you manage cookies and site data.

Recruitment enquiries

Our Careers page explains how to submit an expression of interest. Send the role you are interested in, your contact details and relevant experience. A CV is enough for an initial approach. Keep identity documents, bank information and other sensitive records for a later stage if requested through an appropriate channel.

Accessibility and feedback

If a page, link or form is difficult to use, tell us which page you were on and what you were trying to do. You can also use the Contact page to raise a concern about the website or ask for information in another format.
